We use reputable courier services to give you the best shipping costs and security. We typically ship via USPS 2- Day Priority Mail unless expedited requests are made. Zacari LLC is not responsible for tracking your item once it has left our hands or verifying shipping addresses sent to us. If applicable, International customers will be subject to their own local customs fees. For packages that are returned to us as UNDELIVERABLE or UNCLAIMED, the buyer is responsible for paying postage to re-send. Orders are not shipped on the weekends or holidays unless special arrangements are required.

We ship for a flat rate of $8.00 unless special requests are made (i.e. overnight/rush shipping)

All our items are made with the greatest of care and to the highest standard. If for some reason you need to cancel your order, you need to do this within 12 hours of purchase.

All our items are custom designed. As a result, no refunds, returns or exchanges will be given.
